It looks great as far as the 3d portions go. I used a 1/8 end mill to cut it away and the bit [probably dull and likely not the right feed rate] got real hot and melted the Corian before it got done. The bit had a build up of the plasticizer and burned its way the last pass or two. If you overlook that unhappy part of it, the carving was good after a little clean up of the backside of the cutout edge. I think I would have done better using a 1/4" end mill, but I don't know. I'm pretty sure the Corian is much more abrasive than the wood. Advice here would be a good thing I think.
