Programs for the rest of the year

Our new VP, Carl Blumenthal, is not only a new VP but is brand new to the Club. Let's help Carl with hints for programs from the Forum.

Any ideas on those programs by outside providers?

I think an outside presenter on cnc would be interesting. Possibly laser too. The lady who did a scrollsaw program for us years ago is into cnc now. She's associated with Woodcraft I think. Geoff Rhoem and I attended a short seminar in Chattanooga that she presented.

It would be a good intro to CNC. I think most view CNC as a mysterious thing. Kind of like . . . well you know {forums].

I think a CNC program would be nice also. Laser sounds good too. Wonder if anyone in the club has a RIngMaster lathe? I have been seeing some very nice bowls made on them.

Maybe a presentation by the Chattanooga Woodcraft store would be in order.

Well, the Ringmaster takes a lot of the guesswork out of it.
