Dust Collection Revisited/ Mystery Solved

Postby rgulley » Tue Dec 12, 2017 6:25 pm

One of the great things about using the dust deputy in front of the shop vac - You never have to open the vacuum to clean the filter. . Strangely enough, one of the bad things about the dust deputy is that you never have to open up the vac.
I've been processing a lot of cedar today with tongue and groove for paneling. I wanted to see if the shavings were getting past the dust deputy so I opened the shop vac. Inside were my missing vacuum hoses.
I never thought about storing hoses inside the vacuum. That's a good idea. Too bad I didn't think of it sooner.
