With a good crosscut saw you can handle any size. I purchased a cordless circular saw so that I can cut them to length on the back of the trailer if necessary. The real issue is "how big and heavy I can handle? And that's 'not so big'. I have a few boards in the back of my shop that are 10' long but have a lot of difficulty handling them. Hence, the cordless saw.

Maybe part two of the survey should be how long -- "without help "
