If you missed Loyd's program on Segmented Turning last night, you missed a very good program. I sure learned a few things and I appreciate the work Loyd put into it.

Thanks for the compliment Sid. It's fun to do that, and there seemed to be a lot of interest based on the questions afterward. A couple of people asked me to post the program on line so I posted the slides from the presentation in PDF format on the Articles page and the two turning sled videos in the Library. There have been several members do segmented turnings since we first started it in 2004. Karen brought in the bowl she made in 2005 right after the first program; a very creative design that. I hope more folks get into it.
