Yo-Yo's

Postby sid_matheny » Tue Dec 04, 2018 12:08 pm

A friend on another woodworking site made these on his CNC mill and thought it might be something some of you might want to try. He said they spin much better than the ones he had made on his lathe.

Did he give any data on them? Wood, size, etc. They look like they'd be pretty easy to make. Easier than those letter blocks I struggled with.

Just that they were 2 1/2" dia and said they took 15 minutes to make each one.

I can think of a couple of ways to make them that would be pretty easy to do. Strings are available on Amazon too. Maybe a Christmas present waiting to happen.

Loyd, remember all the lessons on "patience" you learned on the blocks. :geek:

The thought occurred to me after posting the last.
